This world is filled with energies, some good, some bad. We are all a form of energy, in a human form. These energies take various shapes and identities. They are around us, as living and non \u2013 living beings and yes these include spirits too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many people whose life cycles have ended are unable to leave\nthe planet and move on to the next realm due to various reasons. At times, some\nare attached to their loved ones who are not ready to let them go, some want\nrevenge against the wrongs done to them during their mortal life, while some\nare simply confused and do not understand that their journey has ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spirits do not usually bother the living, but at times, it\ncould be looking for a vessel to carry out its bidding. if your vibrational\nfrequency is very low or there is a crack in your soul, then a low vibrational\nenergy can get attracted to you and try to take over your mind and body. In\nlayman terms this situation is called possession, in Hypnotherapy it is termed\nas spirit attachment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spirit attachments can be extremely harmful for the person\nto whom the spirit has decided to attach itself to, for the person as well as\nfor to the family members of that person. It leads to a complete alteration of\nthe behavior of the possessed person and this person may suddenly start exhibiting\nemotionally or physically violent tendencies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
However,\nplease note that these attachments are not usually like the scenes depicted in\nsome horror films with the possessed person going wild. The possession can\nusually be observed in the changed behavior of the person. They could go into\ndeep depression, become obsessed with a thing or person or develop irrational\nphobias. The spirits inhabiting a body do hinder the actual soul from living is\/her\nlife to the fullest and hamper their personal lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However there\nis Light at the end of a tunnel – There is a way to get treatment and regain normalcy\nin life once again. Hypnotherapy has proven to be a safe and scientific method\nto help rid a person from spirits. Hypnotherapy works at the subconscious mind\nlevel and it goes deep into the inner psyche of a person to heal the root of\nthe issues. If another spirit is playing havoc with someone\u2019s mind, Hypnosis as\nused in this therapeutic format allows the therapist to speak to the spirit,\nunderstand its needs and hopefully release them into light. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have\ntreated a few clients successfully to rid them of attachments so that they are\nenabled to lead an empowered, energetic and happy life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Case 1:\n<\/strong> One of my patients was a young\nwoman who was severely depressed due to the death of her brother. He had been\nher support system and a pillar of strength and she seemed to be unable to move\non without him. As her depression continued for months, she came to me for\nhelp. As we started the therapy, I realized that there was something more than\nsimple grief holding her down. I facilitated\nher to enter her subconscious mind – she realized her brother\u2019s spirit was\nresiding with her. She had been unable to let him go and understanding that she\nwill be lost without him, he had held on to her as energy fragment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However,\nsince it was not his natural place anymore, he was sad and this sadness and\nmultiplied, adding to the girl\u2019s grief over her own loss. I assisted her bidding\na heartfelt farewell to her brother and gently guided her brother to embrace\nthe Light. I am relieved to say that my client is now leading a healthy, happy\nlife and has dealt with her loss with understanding and grace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Case 2 :<\/strong>\nI once dealt with a dejected spirit who had inhabited the body of a young\nwoman. The spirit in her short life had been obsessed with a young man who did\nnot return her affection, She died an early death due to natural causes.\nHowever her death did not end her obsession. Using my client\u2019s body, she once\nagain started pursuing the young man (the object of her unrequited love)\nrelentlessly by sending him messages and trying to meet him. My client was an\nacquaintance of this young man who was confused by her behavior. He then sought\nhelp with another friend of my client \u2013 who convinced her to come and meet me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As I started\nconversing with my client subconscious mind – the spirit revealed herself- she refused to\nleave at the first instance. Upon advising her that this earthly realm is no\nmore her natural home \u2013 she was finally convinced to embrace the Light. Post\nthis 1.5 hour session \u2013 my client was completely relieved and starting feeling like\nherself again. My client has since then apologized to the young man and also\nput the entire incident behind her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These cases clearly demonstrate the interference that spirit attachments can cause in a person\u2019s\nlife \u2013 however alleviation from these states is clearly available provided the\nclient is ready to work with the hypnotherapist towards their own well being <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" This world is filled with energies, some good, some bad.
